War Games is coming and the battle lines have been drawn all throughout MLW. Next week, Team Filthy and The Stud Stable look to settle up as Tom Lawlor and Jake Hager go one-on-one on Fusion.

Lawlor and Hager have been at each other for weeks in MLW with Lawlor being the man to end Hager’s chances of earning an MLW World Heavyweight Title shot at Battle Riot. With Parker’s men laying Lawlor’s trainer out cold in Team Filthy’s gym, the ante was upped. Now, Lawlor looks to end things by finally stepping into the ring with Hager one more time.

Lawlor has previously defeated Hager in an MLW ring – can Hager ride the high of The Stud Stable smashing Seth Petruzelli into pieces, or will Lawlor’s thirst for revenge carry Team Filthy to another win over the Bellator fighter?

With just one more episode of Fusion left before War Games, Sami Callihan and Shane Strickland will both be looking to make final, lasting impressions before they lead their armies into the steel cage behemoth in Fort Lauderdale. In my view, Strickland has some ground to make up as the days tick away leading into War Games. Callihan has amassed an insane group of individuals who specialize in bringing brutality to another level.

While Strickland has a formidable band of fighters by his side, the only one who can be considered an expert in the art of extreme is Tommy Dreamer. Can Dreamer’s hardcore history help lead Strickland, Hennigan, Brazil and Hughes to victory against Callihan, The Death Machines, Havoc and Abyss? Only time will tell and next week’s episode of Fusion begins the countdown to a match which could change the lives and careers of all ten participants before all is said and done.
