All In Wrestling 2018: Four Moments That Stole The Show
3. Chris Jericho Shows Up
This is as show-stealing as it gets. Chris Jericho was not announced for the show at all, and it seemed like there wouldn’t be a chance in hell for Jericho to show up at All In. I mean, it barely seemed like something he’d be interested in, even though he’s been linked to Impact Wrestling and won the IWGP Intercontinental Championship off of Tetsuya Naito in NJPW.
Jericho has done nothing but make waves in professional wrestling in 2018, taking his talents outside of WWE to try and show that he is as valuable as any man in this business. Anointed as the “GOAT” by many fans, Jericho added yet another legendary moment to his catalogue of them by attacking Kenny Omega after The Cleaner’s tremendous victory over Pentagon Jr.
What made this even more amazing was that Jericho appeared after the lights suddenly went out, and he was dressed as Pentagon. Jericho lifted up the mask, talked trash to Omega, and called his ass out for the Jericho Cruise.
Now THAT’S how you make your presence felt and advertise for your cruise! Jericho and Omega have so much history already after their Wrestle Kingdom 12 match for the IWGP United States Title, and this will only excite fans even more.
