WWE’s streaming portal – that’s home to marquee ‘PPV’ events, exclusive shows and archived footage – could be even better and truly stand out from its industry peers with these new features.

Video on Demand services are pretty great, aren’t they? Not only do they offer a ton of content featuring shows that (mostly) run uninterrupted by commercial advertising, they have pioneered this era of binge watching we find ourselves in.

New content is being produced that might not have previously been able to find a home on traditional network and cable television, shows from years gone by can be resurrected and find new life, but best of all movies and TV episodes can all be consumed at a time of your choosing – and not that of a program scheduler.

The WWE Network was first announced way back in January 2014 and launched the following month. Since that time it has achieved a subscription base of over 2 million customers and can be accessed across more than 200 countries, islands and autonomous states.
