Brooke and Moon vs. Banks and Bayley

WWE has already given a glimpse of what could be in the alternate universe where Dana Brooke is a wrestler that stands on her own, and teams with other women superstars.

The effort of Moon and Brooke was a losing one against the Boss & Hug Connection, but Brooke had the chance to strut her stuff while teaming up with another talented athlete. The match didn’t live up to its full potential because of Titus Worldwide’s interference, but the booking had the plausibility of being a real show stopper. Ember Moon is a talent that also has been allowed to live up to her aptitude, so the pairing could be a match made in heaven.

Admittedly, the story could get messy when it comes to deciding who is heel, and who is face. Moon is a babyface who’s dangerously close to being evil, Bayley is a solid babyface, and Banks could swing either way. The fact that the details are left for creative freedom is promising, however. The WWE Universe knows that WWE has no problem forcing turns, whether they make sense or not, so it should be no issue to do that in this case, as well.

Just the promise of Monday’s match had fans clamoring for a definite women’s tag-team division. WWE has been teasing the idea, with the hard sell of Boss & Hug Connection, so why not throw Brooke in the mix, where she can be a team player for a team that plays to her advantage?
