Roman Reigns (c) vs. Braun Strowman For The Universal Championship Inside Hell in a Cell

While I firmly believe Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman will be the main event of Hell in a Cell (just look at the damn poster), I’m putting this match earlier in the piece to throw you off.

I still cannot believe that WWE has actually turned Strowman heel for this feud, and while it is disappointing to see that he’s no longer a babyface, the more traditional heel/face dynamic should make this match even better.

Reigns and Strowman have worked magic so many times in their careers, as they were just meant to be rivals with the brutal way they fight each other. Few wrestlers on this planet are as generous sellers as Reigns, especially given his position in WWE. Yet, Reigns somehow goes the extra mile to sell for Strowman, and their matches usually have a great deal of realism to them. It feels like life-or-death.

So much is on the line in this match, because Strowman announced his intention to face Reigns for the Universal Championship at Hell in a Cell by cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase months in advance.

Inside the cell, any possible interference from Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins is supposed to be negated. But as seasoned WWE viewers, we know better than to let our guards down…

There are a number of matches that could steal the show at Hell in a Cell, so Reigns and Strowman will have to be at their absolute best if their match is to be the best on the card.

Some fans won’t be happy with this, but, yes, I think Strowman is losing his title shot at Hell in a Cell. Roman wins in a memorable brawl, as I believe Roman will hold the title for a long time.

Prediction: Roman Reigns retains
