This Sunday, WWE Hell in a Cell 2018 takes place in San Antonio, with a pair of matches inside the revamped cage this year. With eight matches on the card, including six title matches, there’s a lot to look forward to. Follow along with our live review throughout the night!

For over twenty years, the most demonic structure in WWE has been the Hell in a Cell. From Mankind and the Undertaker to Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens, there’s been no shortage of crazy moments throughout the history of the cell. On Sunday, WWE Hell in a Cell 2018 looks to add to that legacy.

Perhaps the most notable thing about the show this year is the change to the cell itself. It’s still a steel cage with a roof that surrounds the ring — that much is the same. But it’s gotten a paint job this year, and the cell is bright red. Pretty heavy handed symbolism, if you ask me.

There’s eight matches officially on the card, with six title matches in the mix. And of the eight matches, two will take place inside the Hell in a Cell structure. The presumed main event will see Roman Reigns defend the Universal Championship against Braun Strowman inside the cell.

Strowman is cashing in his Money in the Bank contract, and hoping that the cage ensures a one on one matchup after his previous cash-in attempts have been thwarted. The newest wrinkle in this match: Mick Foley, former Raw General Manager and current Christmas aficionado, will serve as the special guest referee.

The other match happening inside the cage is Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton. The Viper is no stranger to Hell in a Cell, but Hardy has never set foot inside the structure. Jeff has also vowed to do something in this match that “people won’t forget.” My danger meter is off the charts for this one after that quote.

Samoa Joe will challenge WWE Champion AJ Styles in a rematch from SummerSlam, and that feud has become deeply personal. Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey will defend against Alexa Bliss in another SummerSlam rematch. Plus, Charlotte Flair puts the SmackDown Women’s Championship on the line against former friend Becky Lynch.

Three tag team matches round out the card, including two championship bouts. New Day will defend the SmackDown Tag Titles against Rusev Day on the Kickoff Show, and Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre do the same with the Raw Tag Titles against Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose. Plus, there’s a couples battle between Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella, and The Miz & Maryse.
