1. The Shield vs. Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, And Drew McIntyre Feud Finally Has Compelling Night

A feud that has garnered a mixed bag of reactions from the WWE universe is The Shield’s issues with Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, and Drew McIntyre.  There are many great superstars involved in this feud, but many feel it hasn’t clicked yet and hasn’t done enough to get fans interested.

Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose defeated Strowman, Ziggler, and McIntyre at Super Show-Down this past weekend, but last night saw a rematch pitting The Hounds Of Justice against The Dogs Of War.  The feud had a solid start last night with a vintage backstage Shield promo like the old days and the match would main event last night’s show.

This ended up being a very solid match that was compelling from start to finish.  The issues between Strowman, Ziggler, and McIntyre were evident backstage before the match and especially during the match.  It threatened to cost them the match, but in the end, The Shield was unable to make it two for two against The Dogs Of War.

The action picked up tremendously in the end, but McIntyre was able to use that to his advantage and he pinned Ambrose for the win.  The Lunatic Fringe was noticeably dejected after the match and walked out on Reigns and Rollins, adding more fuel to the potential fire of dissension among The Shield.  This was an important night for this feud and it finally gave the feud some life after weeks of not much going on.

Where will the feud go from here?  Nobody knows, but after last night’s turn of events, fans should care much more about it as a whole than they did before.
