Rusev and The Miz are in the ring for their qualifying match for WWE World Cup, and Kurt Angle is on commentary.

In a super surprising turn of events, Aiden English pulls Rusev out of the ring and allows Miz to get a quick win. Rusev attacks Aiden outside of the ring, highlighted by a kick to the groin from Lana.

Well here’s a treat indeed – The Rated-R Superstar is back to host an episode of The Cutting Edge featuring the best feud in WWE, Charlotte Flair and YOUR SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, but not before giving us his own highlight reel.

Becky Lynch comes out first to a sea of cheers, naturally. Edge points out that there’s a lot that’s the same about he and Becky. He was never supposed to be big, and he had to fight tooth and nail for his success. Still, he wants Becky to know that the choice to leave Charlotte behind wasn’t a good one, and her path to success will only leave her lonely and dejected.

Becky, to put it lightly, couldn’t care less, and says don’t let the door hit you in the neck on the way out. Charlotte is out to defend Edge, or herself, and I don’t know what all of a sudden has become so unlikable about Charlotte. It’s the same Charlotte just… unnecessary, almost.

Either way, Charlotte charges Becky again, and the two women need to be separated. Charlotte sneaks in one more spear and a slew of hits, until she’s dragged out of the ring.
