3. Excitement Building For DX vs. The Brothers Of Destruction

A match that nobody thought would ever happen will take place in under three weeks when four legends take part in a marquee tag team match.  After Triple H defeated The Undertaker at Super Show-Down, fireworks broke out after the match featuring The Game, The Deadman, Shawn Michaels, and Kane to the point where you knew something would come from it.

The Undertaker and Kane attacked Michaels and Triple H after the match and they didn’t take too kindly to that level of disrespect.  The Game and HBK addressed the situation last week on Raw and it ultimately led to the standout tag team match pitting DX against The Brothers Of Destruction being made official at Crown Jewel.

None of these individuals were at Raw last night, but a pre-recorded promo by The Brothers Of Destruction aired and it built more excitement for this pending match.  Taker and Kane had some choice words for Michaels and Triple H by addressing their lecture on respect from the week before.  The Phenom said Michaels stayed retired for over eight years out of fear and The Big Red Machine backed that up.

They would go on to say they have three words for DX that are much different than DX’s three words from the week before, rest in peace.  This was a very good promo and seeing The Brothers Of Destruction in this light was awesome to see.  The excitement continues to build around this match and even in 2018, this is still a huge match.
