Elias is… back out? Psych, here comes acting GM Baron Corbin to tell him we don’t have enough time for this crap. Elias, not to be out done, pens a little ditty on the fly about how Stephanie McMahon, ahem, pulls the strings.

Baron eventually gets him to the back, but Elias quickly returns and absolutely slams Corbin in the back with his guitar.

Well, I’m glad to see both Elias and Baron Corbin are getting ready to have a decent feud again! Finally, we get to see one where Elias is the legitimate face, too! Maybe I smell a Crown Jewel match being set up in the future?

Here’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for (and I’ve been half dreading) – the contract signing between Ronda Rousey and Nikki Bella for their Raw Women’s Championship match at WWE Evolution.

I sweat to God, if this goes to a slut-shaming place again, then are we really in the midst of a revolution in WWE, at least creatively?

Ronda Rousey comes in hot, and The Bellas are out of the ring just as quickly. Nikki wants to make sure Ronda doesn’t try anything funny before Sunday, and Ronda gives her word.

Nikki delivers a FIRE promo, asking if Ronda gave her mother her word she’d be a successful judoka, undefeated in UFC, and the like. Nikki asks if Ronda’s mother is going to be ashamed when Ronda loses to a “Diva” at Evolution.

That’s one of the better promo’s I’ve ever heard from Nikki Bella; that’s how you write a good woman’s promo. No more of that “knocking on John Cena’s door” crap, because that is old and sexist, and we do not need that in the age of the Women’s Evolution.

Nikki lands a hard slap on Ronda’s face before Ronda signs and gives her word that she’ll end Nikki Bella on Sunday.
