13. Zelina Vega

As of right now, Zelina Vega is by far the best manager in WWE, especially if you consider Paul Heyman to be an “advocate” as opposed to a traditional manager. Vega has been the missing piece for Andrade “Cien” Almas, taking one of the world’s best in-ring technicians to the top. Almas was a fantastic NXT Champion, and he’s made an impression on the SmackDown Live roster these past several months.

Almas and Vega have yet to hold gold in WWE, but maybe Vega can shock the WWE Universe by earning herself a title opportunity. In the future, Almas and Vega, perhaps even at Money in the Bank 2019, could both threaten to hold titles together, and they could usher in the era of the “power couple” in WWE.

For now, Vega will continue to turn heads with her speed and fluid technical ability, and she could provide so much energy to this battle royal.

12. Mandy Rose

Before joining the main roster as part of Paige’s “Absolution” stable, Mandy Rose was a relative unknown. She didn’t make the rounds in NXT, so fans didn’t know what to expect from her. Initially, Rose received a great deal of criticism from the fan base for understandable sloppiness and rigid promos in her first month on the main roster.

Since then, though, Rose has quietly flourished, becoming a solid member of the SmackDown Live roster. Her promos have become undeniably better, as she speaks with confidence with the type of vile disdain in her voice that is characteristic of menacing heels.

She and Sonya Deville feel that they own SmackDown Live, and Rose has a chance to make quite the impression at Evolution. She and Deville excelled in the Elimination Chamber earlier this year, and they know how to produce in big months. Rose has passed in trial-by-fire moments on the WWE main roster, so she’s one to watch this weekend.
