4. AJ Styles

The phenomenal one has not had the most phenomenal past two weeks. Picking up two tough losses to The Uso’s due to a similar miscommunication finish both times. Last week, Daniel Bryan was to blame with an accidental punch to Styles. This week, it was AJ Styles with a pele kick meant for Jey Uso hitting Bryan by mistake.

The WWE is building to a big blow up between these two very soon. AJ Styles didn’t take kindly whenever Daniel Bryan implied that he was lying about hitting him by accident. Before things escalated too far, Bryan held up the “too sweet” gesture in as Styles stormed off looking far from pleased.

I thoroughly enjoyed the back and forth between the two. It was slightly comical but kept to the point. I can’t wait to see how they book this feud from here. You have my attention.

3. Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan has had a long and hard journey to where he is today. Just a year ago, I would have never believed that I would see Daniel Bryan versus AJ Styles in 2018. Now, we are only a few weeks away from not only seeing them face off once again but for the WWE Championship. For two weeks in a row, the tension has continued to grow between Styles and Bryan.

As mentioned above, after tonight, we are all waiting for the tension to explode. AJ leaped off the ropes looking for the phenomenal forearm but had to stop mid-air to not hit Bryan. Moments later Styles accidentally caught Bryan with a pele kick which would lead to their defeat.

This was an accident that Daniel Bryan seemed to not believe was an accident. In a backstage interview, Daniel implied that Styles was lying about it being an accident before giving him the “too sweet” hand gesture in an almost taunting manner.
