WWE SmackDown: Results, Review, and Analysis for October 30th, 2018

SmackDown General Manager Paige is here with Charlotte, and Paige congratulates Charlotte on her match with Becky Lynch at Evolution. Paige has something to ask – will Charlotte be the captain of the SmackDown women’s team at Survivor Series? Charlotte initially declines, but Paige reminds her not to let failure get her down and to mull it over.

It’s time for the Trick or Street Fight, and I am shook! New Day comes out to Gangrel and The Brood’s entrance. Holy crap, they’re coming as The Brood. Oh man, this is good. This is another concept I had to explain for a long period of time to my friends watching with me.

Sheamus is into the Halloween gimmick, and he came as… frozen Sheamus? Dead Sheamus? Zombie Sheamus? Cesaro couldn’t care less, and neither could The Big Show. What party poopers.

Big E is up against Cesaro, and the match is a lot. There’s bobbing for apples, there are a crap ton of pumpkins that Big E gets slammed into. New Day is trying as hard as they can to keep their costumes in order, though the wigs get lost pretty quick. Big Show gets fake blood spat at him.

Big E lands the Big Ending to gain the momentum looking towards Crown Jewel.

Best costumes ever. Will there be awards given tonight?
