3. Vickie Guerrero

Now that I have your attention, let’s talk a bit about one of the most wicked general managers in WWE history.

Vickie Guerrero was easily one of the best heels on whichever WWE program she appeared on. Her relationship with Edge as general manager of Smackdown, in particular, was one of the best heel pairings of the 2000’s.

Edge and Guerrero worked off of each other perfectly, oftentimes nefariously plotting different ways to make Edge the World Heavyweight Champion. A particularly memorable rivalry for the pair was when Guerrero and Edge plotted the demise of The Undertaker, eventually leading to Guerrero even striping The Deadman of the title in order for Edge to be champion.

Even after her time heeling it up with Edge ended however, Guerrero continued to be one of the best heels in WWE by partnering with the likes of Big Show and Dolph Ziggler. She even eventually adopted one of the single most delightfully obnoxious catchphrases in wrestling history with her constantly repeated scream of “EXCUSE ME!” becoming a hallmark of her character.

At the end of the day, WWE just wouldn’t have been the same without Vickie Guerrero’s oftentimes diabolical presence.
