In today’s era of wrestling, a moonsault is executed by men of all different shapes and sizes. While it’s not uncommon to see a 400 or 500 pound man perform a moonsault, are there many wrestlers who can do so with the style and grace of Ricochet? Sure, many men have done some unthinkable moves off of the top of a cage. They all have led to some of the most memorable moments in the history of pro wrestling.

However, Ricochet can make this attempt look flawless. I can argue that the only man who can make Ricochet’s version of a moonsault look inferior is Kota Ibushi. Sure, most WarGames are remembered for the carnage and violence displayed throughout, butt it takes a special type of athlete to make a special memory.

3. A 630 senton splash

Talk about an impressive finisher, Ricochet possesses a trump card in his back pocket if needed. A shooting star press and a moonsault would be incredible acrobatic displays, yet would it be humanly possible to defy gravity with a 630 senton from the top of a cage?

The possibilities inside WarGames are endless. Weapons will be introduced, constant double and triple team assaults will take place.  The two-ringed, palace of pain that is this barbaric contest, will surely go down as one of the most impressive matches of 2018. Eight men will enter and all eight of their careers will be put in jeopardy by this unforgiving structure.

We all can imagine just how good this entire NXT Takeover card is going to be.  A thrilling clinic of wrestling match meets combat violence between Johnny Gargano and Aleister Black. A 2-out-of-3 falls women’s championship match involving Kairi Sane and current champion Shayna Baszler. An NXT championship match featuring Tommaso Ciampa vs rising star, The Velveteen Dream.

Yet the main event is most likely going to feature this four-on-four WarGames encounter. No disrespect to The Undisputed Era, War Raiders and Pete Dunne what so ever. All of these men are phenomenal performers.

However, there is a man that will make the one and only largest impact in this match. He’s done it on most nights that he has performed on large stages, whether it’s in finals of prestigious tournaments or matches against the world’s best high-flyers. This weekend, Ricochet will be the one to pull off the most memorable moment of NXT TakeOver: WarGames 2.
