WWE Raw: Results, Review, and Grades for November 19th, 2018
Ronda Rousey is getting a loud… noise, from the crowd. It’s just yelling. Some are cheers, others are boos. It’s vastly different from the sea of boos she got last night.
Ronda has a mic, brace yourselves! Ronda knows she’s going to defend her championship again Nia Jax at TLC. Ronda gets cheers for sure when she says she’s going to tap Nia out. Ronda also calls out Charlotte and says they’ll have their rematch.
Ronda begins spitting off some stuff off about how a champion fights no matter if it’s their best or their worst day, yadda yadda yadda. She calls out anybody from the back so she can defend her title, because if she can’t defend her title, she doesn’t deserve it. Her words, not mine.
Baron Corbin comes out and says she will absolutely not be defending her title tonight. Ronda says she’s never pulled out of a fight before, and she won’t start now. She wants a challenger, right now. Baron promises that fine, he’ll give Ronda a challenger, but she’ll be the next Raw Women’s Champion.
Corbin picks… Mickie James. I mean, I would love to see Mickie James as champion, I don’t know about you. The two women lock up, and Ronda gets to striking at Mickie in the corner. Mickie lands a huge superkick, followed by a long series of kicks and strikes. Hell yeah, Mickie James.
Mickie has Ronda in a headlock, but Ronda gets some arm drags in on Mickie, before she lands two Piper’s Pits… makes that three. Ronda rolls Mickie into the armbar for the win.
After the match Nia and Tamina meet Ronda and the ramp, and Nia blows on her fist to warn Ronda before their TLC match.
