Bow Down To The Queen

WWE SmackDown begins with a video montage of Charlotte Flair’s actions after her Survivor Series match against Ronda Rousey. To the (pleasant) surprise of the audience, Charlotte showed her aggressive, cold-blooded side again, battering Rousey with a kendo stick before hitting her with “Natural Selection” onto a steel chair. She finished it off by smashing the chair into Rousey’s trachea, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for “The Queen”.

The crowd chanted “Thank You, Charlotte!” again, and Charlotte simply responded, “Yes! Thank me!”

She told the crowd she’s “damn” proud of beating the hell out of Rousey at Survivor Series, and the crowd was all here for it. Charlotte isn’t sorry, and she “enjoyed every second” of it.

To the joy of the crowd, Charlotte explained that she did all of that for Becky Lynch. Even Paige said she was a fan of Charlotte’s beatdown, aside from the fact that she had to suspend Charlotte for (rightfully) putting her hands on those useless officials.

Paige fined Charlotte $100,000, but just before Flair could respond, the IIconics came out to insult Charlotte. I honestly have no idea what they were talking about, but apparently Charlotte is Frankenstein? I mean, whatever, they’re getting their asses kicked for that, because Charlotte is NOT playing around today. Bad move, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce.

Rating: Very Good. This is a great version of Charlotte’s character, and I love that she isn’t actually a heel. She’s just a totally bad-ass babyface like Becky…or maybe we should just get rid of the “face” and “heel” labels. They’re just awesome. Also, $100,000 is a bit rich, isn’t it? I’m not even sure Charlotte makes all that much money (at least, not compared to what she’s worth). Like, that’s a Vontaze Burfict-level fine!
