SmackDown GM Paige is front and center in the ring as soon as SmackDown begins to welcome back (drum roll, please) Becky Lynch! The man has come back to SmackDown! Becky’s eye is significantly less swollen, so that’s great.

Becky says she’s back in the game as of now, and her first order of business is calling Charlotte right out from the back.

Becky says of course it had to take Charlotte channeling her inner Becky Lynch in order to beat Ronda as badly as she did, and she didn’t even do it right! Charlotte comes back saying she’s been all Charlotte, the whole time, because she’s always had the genetics to be at the top of the entire women’s division.

Paige books Charlotte vs Becky Lynch for TLC in none other than the good ole’ Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match, but not before pissing off everyone in the women’s locker room by saying that no one has the passion that Becky and Charlotte have. The heels come out first, and Mandy Rose calls Paige out for giving way may opportunities to Becky and Charlotte than anyone else.

The faces come out next, and Naomi says they’ve been ready to go, and they’re waiting for Paige to give them the chance. Paige has a solution – every other woman on the SmackDown roster will take part in a battle royale tonight, and the winner will be inserted into the TLC match, making it a triple threat.

Grade: It was a Becky Lynch segment, what do you expect? Charlotte and Becky going back-and-forth as “heels” may be the oomph this feud needed to make us want to watch it for even longer.
