Just as I thought, Konnan, patriarch of both LAX and The Lucha Brothers, is pissed. Two weeks ago, he told LAX the Luchas weren’t ready for a Tag Team Championship opportunity, and he gives a bunch of examples of how “familia” fighting too early, or even at all, could cause permanent friction.

Konnan leaves saying he, “knows what he’s gotta do.”

Katarina vs. Jordynne Grace

True story – I cannot say the name “Jordynne Grace” without singing it. When will we get to see a Jordynne Grace vs. Brian Cage match in Impact Wrestling, by the way, huh?

Jordynne and Katarina take turns throwing each other into the ropes, until Jordynne lands a massive spine-buster, but it’s not enough to get the pin.

Katarina lands a huge kick to Jordynne’s head in the corner. Katarina pulls Jordynne into the center on the ring, but she barely gets to even a one, let alone three. Katarina gets Jordynne in a chin-lock, but Jordynne powers out.

Jordynne counters a head-scissor from Katarina, but Katarina finds the corner and hits a jumping DDT, thought it’s not enough to keep Jordynne down. Jordynne absolutely nails Katarina with a heavy shoulder and sends her flying across the ring. Holy crap, is Jordynne Grace strong.

Jordynne hits a knee and a big shoulder to Katarina in the corner, and finally, Jordynne locks in the bear-hug. Katarina is tapping out before you know it.

Grade: Jordynne Grace better be in the Ultimate X tournament, that’s all I have to say.
