WWE TLC 2018 Match Card Predictions: Team Corbin vs. Team Angle

Team Angle (Kurt Angle, Finn Balor, Elias, and Bray Wyatt) vs. Team Corbin (Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley) [8-Man Tag:  TLC]🔴

Although Constable Corbin continuously teases that Braun Strowman vs. Constable Corbin will still be on for WWE TLC 2018 for an easy forfeit victory on his part, I foresee it being cancelled due to Strowman’s elbow injury that may keep him out of action longer than originally thought. Therefore, Strowman would have to find another way to eviscerate Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley, as well as earn his way to facing Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship once he returns from said injury. However, there is still a way to keep Corbin’s Raw general management on the line while making good storyline sense.

Based on the past few Monday Night Raws, it seems that Corbin has been forming a heel faction of his own consisting of superstars who were on his Survivor Series Team and support his authority: Ziggler, McIntyre, and Lashley. They have been on the same page for quite a while as it has been quite noticeable for Corbin to freely give Ziggler IC title matches, team up with McIntyre in handicap matches against Finn Balor, and change match stipulations to help Bobby Lashley win matches against Elias.

However, there are babyfaces on Raw who oppose Corbin’s authority, such as the aforementioned Finn Balor and Elias, as well as former Raw General Manager Kurt Angle, who has not been seen since losing to Ziggler at Crown Jewel in the World Cup Tournament and tapping out to McIntyre in the main event of Monday Night Raw the day after.

There is no way Angle’s feud with Corbin is over by a long shot, and he is bound to come back and form a team against Corbin’s newly formed faction. Finn Balor and Elias would be fitting for Angle’s team based on previous actions, but they still need one more superstar, and I foresee it being Bray Wyatt. At Starrcade 2018 this past Sunday, Bray Wyatt returned to face off against Constable Corbin and was victorious as a babyface.

This is a good sign that Bray Wyatt will return to Raw, be indulged in this storyline against The Authority, and help bring Team Angle to victory. And hey, he would be doing a good deed for his Wyatt brother, Braun Strowman. He’s already got the whole world in his hands, and Team Corbin is about to GET THESE HANDS! Oh, it’s true! It’s DAMN TRUE! Team Angle for the win!
