WWE SmackDown Live: Results, Review, and Grades for December 4th
Alrighty, WWE Universe, let’s cross our fingers and get in our prayer circles that tonight is better than yesterday (it will be, but still).
Why am I crying watching the playback of Asuka winning the battle royal?
Anywho, SmackDown GM Paige is out in the ring, apparently to set up the contract signing for the SmackDown Women’s Championship match. A little early in the game, but fine.
Asuka comes out first, followed by Charlotte and then Becky. There was not a boo to be uttered for any one of these women, which just goes to show you that if you give the WWE Universe excitement and talent, they will eat it all up. That’s all we want!
Becky and Charlotte get into a shouting match, until Asuka breaks them up by shouting that even though Becky’s beaten Charlotte, she can’t beat Asuka. Charlotte is quick to remind Asuka that, ahem, Asuka lost to Charlotte at WrestleMania.
The three women are all shouting over each other, and Becky is first to sign the contract before she quickly leaves the ring and heads to the back.
As Charlotte and Asuka talk some more Smack, with Asuka even challenging Charlotte right then and there, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville come out to complain that Charlotte and Asuka are undeserving. Paige responds to this by booking Mandy and Sonya in a match against Asuka and Charlotte… right now.
