WWE SmackDown Live: Results, Review, and Grades for December 11th
Jeff Hardy and Rusev vs. Samoa Joe and Shinsuke Nakamura
It’s the two-on-two that should have never been at TLC, or anywhere, but of course Carmella and R Truth take the opportunity to interrupt with their dance break immediately.
Joe and Jeff go blow for blow, until Joe sends Jeff flying into the barricades before the commercial.
Jeff has the upperhand when we come back from commercial, until Joe gets a enziguri in the corner.
Shinsuke looks actually pretty odd in a full blue suit, but that doesn’t stop him from getting Ahrdy set up across the ropes before Joe tags back in.
Rusev gets the award for biggest pop of the night, and he gets all the awards when he tags in and takes it to Nakamura.
Rusev hits a huge Machka Kick to win the match. I mean, it goes without saying, doesn’t it? Get this man in the main event scene? Right? Everyone loves Rusev? Even if he just turns on Nakamura and challenges him at Royal Rumble, I’ll take it. This. That. Anything. PLEASE!
Grade: The grade is Rusev deserve better. That’s it.
Backstage, Shane is not impressed by the stunt Miz pulled during their “match”. Miz is happy he got that “McMahon” instincts flowing in Shane.
