Alright, everyone, let’s get this BREAD!

Here comes The Chairman of the Board, along with the pop everyone on Twitter says he shouldn’t be getting, because, y’know, crappy product.

Vincey F Baby of course mentions Raw has been on the air for twenty-five years, and if the times change, WWE has to change with the times. He says he can’t continue to be the creative genius by himself, and he announces Stephenie McMahon, and… TRIPLE H. Wait… AND Shane McMahon! Gosh almighty, what is going on here?

Shane grabs the mic, and the crowd is popping hard for the McMahons. Counterintuitive? Perhaps.

Stephenie McMahon acknowledges that they haven’t been listening to us lately, and it needs to stops. Triple H announces that the four in the ring are affectively “taking back Monday Night Raw”, whatever that means.

They say we’re the authority now, but then, as all good things come to an end, out comes The Wicked Witch of the West, Baron Corbin.

The crowd is booing as loudly as I’ve ever heard them, my word. Corbin complains that it wasn’t fair how Strowman beat him last night, and then he promoed apparently all through the commercial?

After a whole lot of booing, and a mean a whole lot, Corbin pleads for his position as general manager back. Vince is the only one who says there may be a may Corbin could regain his position; Triple H says that if he can win is match tonight, right after this segment, he can get his position back. He’s just gotta beat… Kurt. Angle.

Kurt Angle vs. Baron Corbin

Oh PS – the special guest referee is MY MAN, Best Ref Ever Heath Slater.

Kurt and Corbin square up, and Kurt strikes first, backing Corbin into the corner with kicks. Kurt Germans Corbin, which is always impressive given how big Corbin is.

In the middle of the match, Triple H comes back and announces that this is a handycap match, and out comes Bobby Roode, Chad Gable, and Apollo Crews. The three gang up on Corbin at the LED board, and they all take turns tagging in for attacks.

Corbin tries to leave the arena, but everyone drags him back in. Next, Shane comes back to say that he forgot to mention – this match is now No DQ. Let’s get the chairs.

Now even Slater is attacking Corbin. Angle wins with the Angle Slam, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Grade: Like a cold glass of water on a hot summer day.
