3. The Bar

Cesaro and Sheamus have been on a bit of a roll lately after winning the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

From putting on show-stealing matches with The New Day and The Usos to becoming the hottest rap duo since Run-D.M.C, The Bar have been a major reason that the SmackDown tag team division has felt fun and fresh over the last few weeks despite the repetitive nature of the current tag title picture.

With new talent on the way in the form of Heavy Machinery however, now may be the time for The Bar to truly shine in a new and exciting tag team championship rivalry.

Sheamus and Cesaro have always been two of the most underrated in-ring performers in WWE today. They’re always capable of putting on great matches when given the time and opportunity.

Additionally, if “Ice, Ice, Sheamy” showed us anything, its that The Bar also have some quality comedic chops as well.

That combination of in-ring prowess and comedic talent makes The Bar one of the best tag teams for Otis Dozovic and Tucker Knight to try to take down on the main roster. The two teams could easily square off in an enjoyable series of promos and hard-hitting matches. In other words, they could each play off one another’s strengths to create a memorable feud.

The only problem with that potential rivalry would be the fact that it means Heavy Machinery leapfrogs straight into title contention. While this has worked with debuting superstars in the past, its not always the most sure-fire way to ensure a team makes an immediate connection with WWE fans.

Fortunately, there’s two other teams that are currently without tag team gold that may also serve as great introductory feuds for Heavy Machinery.
