2. The Usos vs. Luke Gallows And Karl Anderson

Three teams have been dominating the TV time on Tuesday nights over the past several weeks among the blue brand’s tag team division.  The Bar, The New Day, and The Usos are three of the most talented teams in WWE history, but their frequent airtime has kept a few other teams out of the picture too often.

The Usos came up just short at TLC to dethrone The Bar, as did The New Day, but that didn’t slow down the confidence of Jimmy and Jey last night.  They declared that no matter how much changes within the WWE, The Usos still run SmackDown.  That prompted another team to come out and voice their opinions, The Good Brothers Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Gallows and Anderson acknowledged how great all three of the aforementioned teams are, but that they are taking TV time away from teams like Gallows and Anderson.  They said they haven’t been on SmackDown for competition since August and they want back in the fold, leading to an impromptu match with The Usos.  As expected, these teams put on a stellar show like two elite teams would expect to do.

The finish would be anything but traditional, however, with The Bar causing a distraction before SAnitY got physically involved.  Eric Young, Killian Dain, and Alexander Wolfe took out everyone in sight and staked their claim in a much more emphatic way.  They want to be included again, much like Gallows and Anderson, and this was a step in the right direction.

As far as just Gallows and Anderson vs. The Usos, it was a very solid match that, despite the non-finish, was a big moment for the blue brand’s tag team division.

Final Grade: B+
