WWE Raw Predictions: Natalya Betrays Ronda Rousey

Check out our SPOILER-FREE predictions for the Christmas Eve edition of WWE Raw! It might just be a not-so-silent night for Raw’s Women’s Champion!

This week’s episode of WWE Raw will look to build on the already established “fresh start” of last week by providing two major title opportunities, along with several feud-settling matches.

As we saw last week, both Natalya and The Revivial won their respective number 1 contender’s matches for future title shots. Fortunately for them, they won’t have to wait long to see their work pay off as both are scheduled for title matches on this week’s Raw.

Additionally, we saw the building of several rivalries last week to what is hopefully their conclusions.

The most eye-catching of these rivalries this week will be Bobby Lashley squaring off against Elias in a Miracle On 34th Street Fight. If that match type makes you exclaim a good ole Stone Cold Steve Austin style “What?”, then just remember that every holiday episode of WWE needs a way to incorporate some mainstays of said holiday into a match or segment.

At least this time, we won’t have to see anyone get hit in the face with a pie for WWE’s comedy segment.

On top of the street fight, we’re also getting a triple threat between Finn Balor, Drew McIntyre, and Dolph Ziggler. Additionally, Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin will go one-on-one again, this time without any stipulations to boost the match’s excitement level.

While these two matches aren’t really the kind that get fans excited at this point, they may just provide some intriguing storyline developments as we head towards Royal Rumble.

Last, but never least, we get the return of Paul Heyman himself this week to spin us a few Christmastime tales. Whatever that holiday celebration of his entails, it will surely make for one of the more entertaining elements on what is surprisingly shaping up to being a jam-packed holiday episode of WWE Raw.
