1. Finn Balor defeats Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler to become and early Royal Rumble favorite

For the past few weeks, Finn Balor has been engaged in a feud with Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler.

Somewhat recently, McIntyre has begun to feud more heavily with Ziggler now, leaving the door open for Finn Balor to use this recent rivalry to springboard himself into the spotlight.

If recent reports hold true, then Balor may be in for a major push to kickoff the new year. Many have been hoping for such a push for Balor ever since his time in the Universal Championship picture was cut far too short by injury.

While it may take more than just a win on Raw to get there, Balor standing triumphant over McIntyre and Ziggler will go a long way to re-establishing him as a star to watch as we head into The Royal Rumble.

Ultimately, and I bet much to fans’ delight, I suspect this win is almost guaranteed for Balor, given the fact that Ziggler and McIntyre seem like they have more unsettled business to finish with each other than they do with Balor.

Hopefully, this win is just one of many to come for Balor as he once again becomes a true face of WWE Raw.

With all these intriguing developments potentially set for Raw, it may just be a very happy holidays for WWE as their “fresh start” leads to the most exciting WWE television in months.
