3. How do the Women’s tag titles work?

Though the WWE went ahead of time to announce the Women’s tag team titles, no other specifics have been released yet.

Will there be separate titles for both brands or will superstars/tag teams from both brands compete for the same set of tag titles? In this era of brand split, how will that scenario pan out?

While Raw certainly has a wealth of female talent who does not seem to have much to do outside of the title scene, the same cannot be said about SmackDown Live. The show has done a decent job of portraying its female talent in feuds outside of the title scene. The most recent example for the same is the ongoing issues between Naomi and Mandy Ross.

However, with the show’s two-hour format, how will another title play out in the big picture?

The Blue Brand’s men’s tag tiles and it’s contenders are not featured on the show as regularly as the WWE title or the US title. The inclusion of one more set of titles could really crowd up the title scene. Raw, on the other hand, can make use of its three-hour format to more than feature one more title and its respective contenders.

Will the Women’s tag titles remain a part of Raw alone? Seeing as how the Blue brand will be moving to Fox network soon, can a single set of titles and title holders be shuffled across different shows and networks?
