4. Is creative just buying time with the Raw Tag Titles?

The Revival has been consistently getting some good air time ever since the McMahon family announced there will be changes to the product. Unfortunately, that is all that has happened for Dawson and Wilder.

For the second week in a row, these two tag team specialists have lost a title match to the current champions, Chad Gable and Bobby Roode. The mere fact that the current champions were a team formed out of the blue a couple of months ago tells you much about the issue the tag division on Monday nights is facing.

Apart from a lack of depth, the division is also being plagued by the absence of a lengthy or convincing title reign from a top team. The Revival is the answer to that, to an extent.

Like they say, no champion is great without a great set of rivals and challengers. At the moment, even if The Revival win the titles at some point, they do not have any challengers that possess any threat to them, except maybe for AOP.

But at the moment, it seems like creative is just buying time with the division. Dawson and Wilder claim there is a conspiracy against them. For the second week in a row, the title match has ended in controversial fashion.

Not the good kind of controversy either. This is just lazy booking. Hopefully someone intervenes and gives Dawson and Wilder what they deserve and this entire ordeal can come to an end.

Maybe we will get a two out of three falls match next week to give some kind of conclusion to this feud. At this rate, expect creative to just keep biding time with the tag division until the next Superstar Shake-up.
