5. What will Braun Strowman do at the Royal Rumble?

Thanks to Baron Corbin, Strowman will no longer be facing Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble. The Monster Among Men got on the bad side of Mr. McMahon and ended up losing his title shot. It is still not clear what awaits him at the Rumble.

Kayfabe aside, we are not sure if Strowman has yet been cleared for in-ring action following his elbow injury and subsequent surgery. The Monster Among Men has not exactly competed in an actual match since his return. However, he did go back to his destructive ways that once made him popular with the fans.

But in all reality, Strowman has cooled off massively. Last week brought out the worst of it as he stumbled with his lines and was made to look like he was not at all a threat to Lesnar. This week, however, creative managed to put some prominence back on Strowman by letting him go back to what he does best. Even still, the fact remains that this is another case of WWE refusing to pull the proverbial trigger on a new superstar when it mattered the most.

The match at the Rumble could have been the stage where Strowman conquers the Beast once and for all. It would have helped him to regain his popularity and potentially be the face of the WWE.

It could have also propelled him to the main event of WrestleMania this year. But now, everything is uncertain and The Monster Among Men might need to wait yet another year for that one special WrestleMania moment that will make him a legend in the years to come.
