Bobby Lashley’s manager on Monday Night Raw, Lio Rush has helped “The Dominator” grab Intercontinental Championship gold for the first time in his career, and it’s incredible how much Rush’s mouth, mind, and agility have brought to the table for Lashley.
On 205 Live, Rush is a more serious, driven character who isn’t messing around when it comes to opportunities. But like Gulak and Alexander, Rush failed to earn an opportunity at the Cruiserweight Championship this month, falling to Kalisto, who is also a regular on Raw as part of the Lucha House Party faction, in a qualifying match.
Of these three wrestlers, Rush may be the least experienced on 205 Live, but he also may be the most electrifying in the ring. Rush gets the most insane height on his “Frog Splash”, and he moves so quickly that it’s often difficult to keep track of his every move inside the ring.

Maybe more importantly, Rush is a phenomenal seller, and Alexander can attest to that, given how Rush sold his powerful “Lumbar Check” finisher a couple of months ago. His selling and quickness could play perfectly into the Rumble match, and there would be plenty of ways for Rush to drop the jaws of the WWE Universe and the other wrestlers in the ring as a WWE Royal Rumble participant this year.
