Carmella Backstage
Carmella and R-Truth are backstage, and Truth is excited about his chances of winning the Royal Rumble as the No. 30 entrant. He’s hyped about the opportunity to face either Daniel Bryan or AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. And Brock Lesnar? Carmella asked Truth why he didn’t mention The Beast, and Truth gave an honest answer: Why would he want to go to Sioux Falls city?

Oh the Fabulous Truth is just the best!
But then, Carmella runs into Charlotte Flair backstage and confronts The Queen, channeling the WWE Universe by telling Charlotte that this is another example of her inserting herself into a big match. Mella has an advantage as the No. 30 entrant, which Charlotte admits, but Charlotte isn’t concerned; she knows she’s better.
Of course, Carmella beat her twice, and while Charlotte got her revenge by winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship back at SummerSlam, this ain’t over. Something between these two is surely happening at the Rumble on Sunday.
Grade: B, Carmella and R-Truth make up one of the best pairings in wrestling.
