5. Will Becky Lynch interfere in Raw Women’s Championship Match?

I originally intended to ask whether Lynch will be able to defeat Asuka. It is a very simple question, but one with larger implications as we head into WrestleMania season. Whether or not The Man is in possession of the SmackDown Women’s Title will potentially determine the outcome of the rest of the night. As we all know, members from both rosters will be present during the PPV and that goes for Ronda Rousey.

Rousey has been good in the ring and has been a better champion than Brock Lesnar. But is she the best person to hold on to the title as of now? A lot of people have been predicting a triple threat match between Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch at this year’s WrestleMania. Compelling as that would be, there is no need for Rousey to hold the title until then for this to work.

WWE can easily build towards this match in a number of ways. Say, for example, Lynch fails to defeat the Empress of Tomorrow; which makes sense given how Asuka has only recently found her stride. It will also help Lynch tremendously, as she remains in chase mode. A frustrated Lynch can then interfere in Rousey’s title clash with Sasha Banks, costing Ronda her title and her undefeated streak in singles matches.

They can go down this route if Lynch wins the title as well. Regardless, the seeds of their potential WrestleMania clash need to be planted come Sunday. Throw in Charlotte Flair to the mix and there is a ton of uncertainty and unpredictability surrounding these three women. What will the Man do? How will the Queen and the Baddest Woman on the Planet react to it?
