3. Seth Rollins Declares He’s Not Afraid of Brock Lesnar

WWE Raw was rough for Seth Rollins last week.

Rollins was first challenged by Triple H to make a decision on who he would face at WrestleMania that night. A challenge that likely may have led to the poor storyline decisions Rollins made later in the night.

Rollins stormed the ring to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the show’s close, only to be met by a barrage of F-5’s.

This week, I expect a rather banged up Rollins to address his questionable decision making on WWE Raw.

Rollins will probably explain how, in the heat of the moment, he realized he had to challenge Lesnar. Lesnar’s lack of a work ethic, as evidenced by his sporadic appearances on WWE programming, is the antithesis of what Seth Rollins believes in.

Rollins will declare that he has to beat Brock Lesnar to free the red brand’s top title from the clutches of an oftentimes absent ‘Beast Incarnate.’ Rollins will even potentially evoke his former Shield brother, Roman Reigns, to say that this quest to topple Lesnar will be finishing what Reigns started.

WWE would be wise to go about with this in-depth explaining of Rollins’ actions this week. It will help push the Lesnar rivalry along, even if it’s only by using the same tired storyline Lesnar’s been in for the past year.

Additionally, it will help to justify why Rollins chose Lesnar over Daniel Bryan. I mean seriously, it should take some storyline explaining on Rollins part to show why he would choose one of the most dominant champions in recent WWE history as his opponent over the guy who just needed the help of Erick Rowan to retain his WWE Championship.

Regardless though, I primarily expect this segment to go about the longest way it can in helping to get this WrestleMania rivalry rolling in earnest.
