3. Sasha Banks And Bayley Don’t Need To Win At Elimination Chamber

The rumors of women’s tag team titles in the WWE were swirling for months with speculation building that they would debut soon.  The debut will take place at Elimination Chamber and there seems to be a duo that is leading the pack right now to become the inaugural champions.

Sasha Banks and Bayley have had an up and down on-screen relationship over the past year, but they eventually got on the same page and thus, The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection was born.  The duo had to earn its way into the Elimination Chamber match last night when it took on the unstable team of Alicia Fox and Nikki Cross.  Things would get off to a rocky start for Banks and Bayley.

Fox and Cross attacked Banks and Bayley as they were making their entrance for their match to get the upper hand.  Instead of sitting out the match, Banks and Bayley decided to compete anyways despite the attack.  Fox and Cross thought they had things lined up perfectly, but the heart of The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection shined through when it was needed the most.

Banks was noticeably not herself after the attack, but Bayley still managed to roll-up Fox and get the win for her team.  The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection has seemed like the odds-on favorites to win the Women’s Tag Team Championship at Elimination Chamber, but there’s a better opportunity if the duo loses at the pay-per-view.  Banks and Bayley could get their shining WrestleMania moment if they win the titles at WrestleMania rather than Elimination Chamber.

It could also be a good starting point for a feud, but seeing The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection win the women’s tag team titles on the grandest stage of them all would be much more fitting for two superstars that deserve their moment in the sun.
