1. Rowan’s Role In The WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match

‘The New’ Daniel Bryan has caught everybody off guard over the past couple of months with this new side of his character.  However, his character surprised fans once again in recent weeks with the emergence of a powerful force in his corner.

The Bludgeon Brothers ran roughshod on Tuesday nights throughout much of 2018, but an injury to Rowan sidelined the team.

However, Rowan made his surprise return at the Royal Rumble to aid Bryan in his successful WWE Championship retainment against AJ Styles.  Since then, Rowan has been portrayed as Bryan’s insurance policy who believes in the same lifestyle choices as Bryan.

This partnership has helped Bryan tremendously already, but he will be at a major odds disadvantage this Sunday night when he defends the WWE Championship against Styles, Samoa Joe, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, and Mustafa Ali inside the Elimination Chamber.

This will be the toughest challenge Bryan has faced in his current title reign, but the presence of Rowan could pay dividends once again.

At first glance, it seems like this is a match that wouldn’t see much outside interference given the huge structure surrounding the ring.  However, as the WWE universe has seen in the past, heel managers can always find a way.  So don’t be surprised to see Rowan make a big impact in this match and potentially help Bryan retain his title once again.

The WWE Championship is up for grabs in one of the most extreme ways possible, but ‘The New’ Daniel Bryan’s insurance policy could wind up being the difference maker.
