1. Becky Lynch Is The Anti-Authority Figure Women’s Wrestling Needs

The Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey situation has been red-hot lately in anticipation of one of the biggest matches in WrestleMania history.  That trend continued last night in a night that was centered around The Man and if she was willing to play ball with the authority.

Lynch got on the bad side of both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon last week when they told her she had to get cleared by a doctor or she would be suspended.  Stephanie did suspend her, but she paid for it with a right hand and The Game got a slap to the face the following night.  However, last night turned out totally different and ultimately left fans in shock.

Triple H and Stephanie said Lynch got herself cleared by the doctors and the match would be on at WrestleMania, but only if she apologized to both of them for her actions.  They gave her until the end of the night to make her decision, and after getting feedback from several superstars backstage, The Man made her choice in the final segment of the night.

She apologized with an edge like only The Man has, but Mr. McMahon came out and shocked everyone.  With Lynch and Rousey in the ring, Mr. McMahon said that he is suspending Lynch for 60 days and that she will be replaced at WrestleMania with Charlotte Flair.  Fans are obviously livid over this, but seeing how this storyline plays out will be highly intriguing to see.  Lynch’s anti-authority gimmick is like nothing a women’s competitor has ever seen in the WWE.

This angle is far from over and even with a kayfabe suspension, The Man is far from done butting heads with authority figures.
