WWE WrestleMania 35 Final Match Predictions

The Usos (c) vs. Ricochet and Aleister Black vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and Rusev vs. Sheamus and Cesaro

I honestly thought we’d see Aleister Black and Ricochet, who faced The Forgotten Sons in the finals of the Dusty Rhodes Classic in NXT, competing against The Revival for the Raw Tag Team Championships. They’ve gotten the better of Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder before, but The Revival pulled one back on the go-home episode of Raw, winning by count-out.

Instead, Alexa Bliss announced that Ricochet and Black will be among four teams competing for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships on Sunday, making it two straight WrestleManias that The Usos will defend the tag titles on the main card of WrestleMania.

Though all the teams in this match have to be taken seriously, it’s extremely difficult envisioning The Usos dropping the titles. Any lingering rumors about their futures in WWE have been quieted, too, as PWInsider.com’s Mike Johnson reported that Jimmy and Jey have signed new deals after their contracts were scheduled to expire this month; there was never any doubt that they’d be re-signing with WWE.

What lies next for The Usos after WrestleMania 35 might be the bigger topic at hand, as the duo have been with SmackDown Live since the brand split as the top team in the division. Their work speaks for itself, and they should be headed for another fantastic title defense on Sunday in MetLife Stadium.
