Daniel Bryan

After losing the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35, Daniel Bryan should be finished with Kofi Kingston and ready for another rivalry. Before facing Kingston at WrestleMania, Bryan had some choice words for Kevin Owens, resorting to low-brow fat-shaming jokes and criticisms of Owens’ lifestyle to knock the returning superstar down a peg.

A full-blown rivalry between Bryan and Owens could be the stuff of dreams, especially with Bryan continuing his masterful heel character and KO becoming even more of an “everyman” character. The Stunner fits him so well right now, and Owens is maybe one of a few superstars who can actually pull off using that move; it’d suit him even more in a rivalry with Bryan.

The matches themselves would be incredible, especially with Bryan on top his game after delivering one of the best matches in the history of WrestleMania with newly-crowned top star Kofi Kingston. Owens has been one of WWE’s best wrestlers for years, and he tends to steal the show on television. Recall that he had two fantastic matches with Seth Rollins on Raw last year.

Remember that AJ Styles vs. Kevin Owens feud in the summer of 2017? Well, an Owens vs. Bryan feud has a potential to be that much better, given the characters that they are playing right now.
