Andrade

There’s no doubt that Andrade is one of the best wrestlers in the world right now, and wrestling fans can always look back fondly on his reign as NXT Champion, which featured classics against the likes of Johnny Gargano and Aleister Black.

While Andrade hasn’t separated himself from the pack on the main roster yet, he’s had matches against some of the biggest names in wrestling like AJ Styles and Rey Mysterio, tearing the roof off of buildings in matches with the latter.

Andrade vs. Kevin Owens could be a defining feud for El Idolo, and his business associate, Zelina Vega, will help kick this rivalry up a notch. The potential for some arguments between her and Owens cannot be overlooked, and Andrade’s best programs – namely his aforementioned rivalries with Gargano and Black – have involved Zelina as a central character.

But where this rivalry will truly shine is in the ring, and there will be plenty of highlight-reel moves shared between these two superstars. A battle of the moonsaults? Counters galore in their second or third matches together? The WWE Universe would certainly be here for it, and a feud between Owens and Andrade would be a reminder of just how much quality there is on the main roster right now.

Andrade seems poised for a big 2019 and is a great candidate to win the Money in the Bank briefcase, so a hot rivalry on SmackDown Live with Owens could do wonders for his stock.
