NXT to SmackDown – The Undisputed Era

I feel like I’m cheating by saying this, but I think all four members of the Undisputed Era should move, as a unit, up to SmackDown.

As a system, I would have Adam Cole as the leader wrestling independently for championships, meanwhile Strong, Fish and O’Reilly would go into the tag division and rotate in a similar way to The New Day. Naturally, this sets up an immediate feud with The New Day but there is a large tag division on SmackDown that they could face off with.

A prolonged feud with The New Day at some point in which Kofi isn’t the champion, or even a prolonged feud that results in an Adam Cole vs Kofi Kingston championship match, is a solid start. Additionally, the long forgotten Club are on SmackDown, together with AJ Styles. We could see Cole vs Styles or a six man tag. That’s before we get to literally any member of the Era facing off with Rey Mysterio, Cesaro or Randy Orton.

Tell me you don’t want to see Adam Cole vs Randy Orton. Go on. Lie to me.

Then there are new champions the Hardy Boyz, who would be a fantastic introduction feud and could see the titles going straight on to the Undisputed Era.

The options are effectively limitless with this one, and that’s before we factor in anyone who might be incoming. An Adam Cole face turn anyway along the way could be hugely beneficial, leading to Cole vs The Era, vs Nakamura or vs Daniel Bryan.

I’m going to be upset if this doesn’t happen now. I need to stop getting so excited.
