3. Joe Coffey

Since losing his United Kingdom Title match to Pete Dunne back in January in the first ever main event for an NXT UK TakeOver event, it’s been a little quiet in these streets for Joe Coffey. However, a cross-promotional match against Buddy Murphy could be exactly what the leader of Gallus needs to boost his momentum back up and get some much-needed buzz back on his side.

More from WWE

While the elder Coffey brother has a 39 pound weight advantage over the 203-pounder, are actually quite similar in style and identical in height; both 5’11.  While Joe Coffey is not as kick or knee heavy as Buddy Murphy is, both men use their strength to their full advantage as two glorified powerhouses implementing hoss moves into their arsenal. However, Coffey isn’t afraid to take high risks like Buddy does on a regular basis, albeit solely in big match scenarios, i.e. his jaw dropping suplexes to the outside from the top rope from TakeOver: Blackpool.

There are enough similarities in styles for these two that they very well could compliment each other for one slugger of a contest. Especially if Joe’s Gallus partners – Mark Coffey and Wolfgang – happened to be at ringside to give their bud an advantage.
