Naomi

The biggest addition to the Raw Women’s Division, Naomi is a two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion and one of the most respected women in WWE. She’s been with this company since 2009 when she joined FCW, and she’s seen it all.

Naomi is a great pick to win the Raw Women’s Championship at some point between now and WrestleMania 36, and, in fact, it would be an upset if she didn’t win. With Becky Lynch splitting between two brands, Ronda Rousey’s status uncertain, Sasha Banks’ status also up-in-the-air, and Nia Jax injured, it is Naomi and Alexa Bliss who stand as Raw’s most accomplished superstars in the women’s division right now.

Bliss, of course, has never beaten Naomi. That will likely change, but Naomi should be considered one of the favorites to win the title, no matter who she faces. Since Banks’ status is unclear, she is, right now, far and away the most talented woman in the division.

Rating: 9/10, It would be a huge error if Naomi didn’t win the title.

Lacey Evans

One of the least popular wrestlers among fans, this fact will likely help Lacey Evans this year. Evans already has a WWE Raw Women’s Championship opportunity against Becky Lynch scheduled after defeating Natalya in a No. 1 Contender’s match, but whether or not she beats Becky in their first match together remains to be seen.

Lynch, as the double champion, has been strongly booked after WrestleMania 35, defeating Ruby Riott in a matter of minutes after getting the better of Evans in a brawl. The SmackDown Women’s Championship seems to mean more to her and Becky, despite being WWE’s top star, may be better suited for that show.

It’s unclear what the future holds for Lynch, but the fact that Evans is already in the title picture and received plenty of air time with her “interruptions” is a sign that Vince McMahon envisions her as a champion.

Rating: 8/10, Most people won’t like to hear this, but Evans is very likely to win the Raw Women’s Championship before WrestleMania 36.
