5. David Starr

While Dean Ambrose has reverted his in-ring name back to Jon Moxley, David Starr is a man of many names. Among them: The Cream in Your Coffee, Your Favorite Wrestler’s Favorite Wrestler, The 104 Minute Man, The Main Event, etc. Starr goes by several more self-proclaimed nicknames, but somehow, The Product manages to somehow live up to all of them.

In the past year alone, Starr has managed to have excellent, instant classics across the world against the likes of Jay Lethal, Jordan Devlin and PAC, just to name a few. Time and time again, Starr has proven that no matter his opponents size or wrestling style, he can tell the right story with them to deliver a fantastic contest. It would make for a curious sight to see how he could get such a match out of Jon Moxley.

Starr may not seem like an obvious choice for a match against Moxley. Sure, he’s no deathmatch wrestler or anything – although he has dabbled in his fair share of deathmatches and violent CZW contests – but Starr has a strong track record for producing impeccable matches. If all you want is a great match, then Jon Moxley vs. David Starr might be the one to go to.
