WWE: Three possible superstars for Bray Wyatt’s first feud
By Jason Reed
2. Daniel Bryan
Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan had a really good feud prior to Bryan’s ascendance to the WWE title that saw the baby face Bryan join The Wyatt Family only to eventually turn on Wyatt and company. Now, five years later, WWE can revisit this rivalry with the roles reverse and Wyatt coming back as a sinister face.

There is a built-in storyline that makes this easy to write into the programming: Erick Rowan. Rowan has served as Bryan’s sidekick over the last few months and was introduced as a member of The Wyatt Family.
The worst thing to do would be to create yet another faction with Wyatt that includes Rowan and Bryan, that is not the point of the feud. Instead, Wyatt can attempt to reap vengeance on Rowan as he is a part of Wyatt’s past. Wyatt, wanting to clear his past, starts feuding with Bryan as well as a result.
WWE can book Wyatt to screw over Bryan and Rowan at Money in the Bank, interfering in the match and attacking Rowan, allowing The Usos to win the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. Bryan, disgusted with losing yet another title, will then go after Wyatt, with the help of Rowan.
Wyatt would play the antihero while WWE can continue the “green thumb” Bryan gimmick as a heel. Wyatt can get the best of both Bryan and Rowan, definitely because of a pinfall over Rowan, to gain serious steam while protecting Bryan and potentially starting a feud with Rowan and Bryan.
