3. Andrade Cien Almas

Andrade, or The Artist Formally Known As Andrade Cien Almas, is one of the favorites to walk away with the briefcase this year, though his move from SmackDown to Raw and then back to SmackDown makes it difficult for me to believe that he’ll come away any closer to the title than he has been thus far.

It’s no secret that Andrade is a phenomenal wrestler and holds an honorable distinction of being one of the best that NXT has ever produced. He has continued to perform admirably on the main roster, pushed at a more casual pace that keeps him somewhere in between overpushed and underpushed. His feud with Mysterio was an undoubted highlight that helped turn an okay year into a good one. Is he ready for the next level though? I would say not.

Andrade would undoubtedly have great feuds with any of the potential champions coming out of Money In The Bank but beyond that, things start to fall away. There is a lack of history or storylines in place, partly due to the recent moves.

On another year, Almas looks certain to be amongst the favorites. This year might be just a little too early. Expect lots of high flying, fast paced action from a wrestler more than willing to put his body on the line. He will certainly be a highlight.
