WWE: Two Superstars who are saving the main roster
By Jason Reed
R-Truth as the 24/7 Champion
The only person that could say he is arguably holding up WWE programming more than Wyatt is none other than R-Truth. It really is quite ironic that Truth and Wyatt are the two best things about WWE programming right now, as Truth has been a lifetime mid-carder and Wyatt has been MIA.

Fans gave the 24/7 Championship mixed reviews when it was first announced. The premise was identical to the Hardcore Championship and the hideous design was not welcomed. However, I argued the potential of the 24/7 Championship after its first night and creative has actually booked the title somewhat perfectly.
Surprising, I know.
WWE has not only made use of TV but has made use of social media and YouTube as well. Truth has even lost the belt on the golf course, only for him to hilariously pin Jinder Mahal and then drive away holding onto the back of a golf cart. As a golfer, I appreciated this.
Just look at the 24/7 Championship playlist on YouTube and you will see how most of these videos have significantly more views than anything else on the YouTube page. People are interested and it is legitimately funny, something creative has rarely been able to do since turning PG.
Whether it is hiding a referee in his car, hiding on a table under the ring during a match only to be discovered, or literally pinning a sleeping Mahal on the flight to Saudi Arabia, Truth has been remarkable in this role.
More importantly, both Truth and Wyatt are actually bringing something new and refreshing to WWE programming, something that WWE Creative should be taking note of.
