2. Eat six small meals throughout the day

In all likeliness, Shelton Benjamin is already doing this. Many WWE superstars are very strict with their diet. But, just in case, he should look into separating his meals.

Most of us eat three meals a day, which is natural for us considering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some health professionals have suggested cutting up these meals and spreading them out for a plethora of added health benefits. [I’m not a doctor]

If one is dealing with acid reflux, which can lead to heartburn and stomach issues, eating six smaller meals a day can help keep down the amount of stomach acid inside you at a time. Another benefit is that six smaller meals had help increase your metabolism, which can help keep your weight in check. Plus, all the extra food spread out can help with energy distribution. With Benjamin seeming antsy and anxious, this could lead to some health issues and the above benefits could help Senor Benjamin. Stay Gold, pal. [No MD for me]

3. Spend some time with family

When you are going through things, it can weigh on you. Life is stressful, friends can be busy, you can be tempted by vices or procrastination. In rough times that could leave you speechless like Benjamin, it can be beneficial to go back to your roots and spend some quality time with the family.

Now, I know that not everyone has a great relationship with their blood family, so feel free to put in whatever version of family you have. The point of this is that the people that were there for you in your hardest times will be able to support you. They know you before your successes, and they know you before the pain and obstacles you have to go through.

This is why I am suggesting Shelton go back home and spend some quality time with his family. He has had a rough run recently with sporadic TV spots. If anyone knows what he is going through and can support him, it’s Benjamin’s mom.
