1.) Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross

Albeit Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross have not interacted with the IIconics lately, they were penciled in for a women’s tag team championship match on Raw two months ago. Unfortunately, they lost the match; to add insult to injury, Billie Kay caused Bliss to fall in her own coffee and ruin her pants.

Since neither Bliss nor Cross is involved in any matches at SummerSlam, they would very well join the women’s tag team championship picture once again. There are signs of this happening since they earned a big tag team win on SmackDown Live against Bayley and Ember Moon.

Many WWE fans questioned the booking decision to have number one contender Ember Moon get pinned by Alexa Bliss when she should be looking strong on her road to her title match with Bayley at SummerSlam. Albeit it was a questionable decision, this could have been a way to promote Bliss and Cross as a viable tag team for the Women’s Tag Team Championship picture.

If they do get another championship match against The IIconics at SummerSlam, they will most likely defeat The IIconics to add something fresh to the women’s tag team division. Thanks to 50:50 booking, this is bound to occur.

A women’s tag team championship victory would hopefully help revive Bliss’ momentum since losing the Raw Women’s Championship to Ronda Rousey at last year’s SummerSlam and propel Nikki Cross to stardom since getting called up from NXT.

Rest assured, they’ll celebrate with coffee if they win because coffee is a language in itself. If they lose, a bad day with coffee is better than a good day without it. As for Alexa Bliss’ ruined pants, let’s hope she gets a new one and gives Billie Kay the long-awaited receipt at SummerSlam.
