It’s been a long time coming, but it seems like Braun Strowman finally smashed his way back into the main event picture on WWE Raw.

The wait is finally over people. Braun Strowman is back in the WWE main event scene.

It seems like it’s been forever since we last saw Strowman actually near a major title belt. I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve been able to see “The Monster Among Men” without thinking of his steady fall from headliner status, yet there he was back at the top on Monday Night Raw.

Strowman saved Seth Rollins and Ricochet from a massive beat down courtesy of AJ Styles and The OC as the show closed Monday.

It was a moment that got the kind of pop you would expect from a surprise debut, not someone who’s been bouncing around in mid-card and comedy angles for the last 6 months, further proving the simple fact that Strowman deserves a solidified spot in the main event picture.

Now, Strowman will get a shot at taking Styles’ United States Championship next week on Raw.

It’s a match that seems ready-made to be one of the most talked about segment from the show, as no matter what happens in it, we should end up with a solid idea of what one of the premier matches at Clash of Champions will be.

A potential AJ Styles versus Braun Strowman rematch at the show, perhaps with some sort of stipulation that prevents Gallows and Anderson from getting involved, would be undoubtedly one of the biggest spotlights we’ve seen Strowman in since quite some time ago.

Nevertheless, we can’t rule out the possibility of a triple threat match featuring both superstars taking on Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship either.

There was a not-so-subtle tease that Strowman still has Universal Title aspirations at the end of Raw, so it wouldn’t necessarily be too big of a shock to see Strowman immediately complete one of the biggest turnarounds of the year by ending up in the main event of Clash of Champions.

No matter which way WWE chooses to go with this storyline though, it’s certainly going to be refreshing to see Braun Strowman continue to be treated like the top star that he should be.

Now, fans of Strowman can finally just sit back and enjoy watching “The Monster Among Men” do what he does best, where he does it best, as he rampages through WWE’s premier heels once again.
